THE MISSISSIPPI DIPPI SANDWICH

If you’re lucky enough to have leftovers of Mississippi Pot Roast - you’re in for a treat! This makes the most delicious sandwiches. You’ve heard of French Dip? Meet The Mississippi Dippi!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Leftover Mississippi Pot Roast shredded
  • 4 ciabatta rolls - or other sandwich rolls buttered, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 cups cooking liquid jus from the crock pot
  • pepperoncini

Instructions
 

  • Serve shredded meat on buttered, toasted ciabatta rolls spread with mayonnaise and top with sliced provolone cheese melted under the broiler.  Dip the sandwiches in the remaining jus from the crock pot thinned with beef broth if desired.
