Equipment

  • Fluted glasses - optional presentation (do it!)

Ingredients
  

  • crushed ice
  • 5-6 fresh blackberries or raspberries
  • 4 ounces sparkling wine chilled
  • 1 ounce Limoncello chilled

Instructions
 

  • Put a spoonful of crushed ice in a fluted glass and top with the fresh berries.
  • Combine the sparkling wine and Limoncello in a mixing glass and stir just enough to mix, being careful not to lose all the bubbles.
  • Pour the mixture over the berries and ice.
  • Sip whilst pretending to be Sofia Loren.
