- Workshops and Live Events:
For in-person workshops and live events, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event.
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the educational content provided, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your concerns. While we do not offer refunds on digital products, we may offer credits towards future purchases or other resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
