Using only three ingredients, this is a perfect Kid-Tested, Diva-Approved recipe with lots of stirring and rolling stuff in sugar – and it’s very inexpensive! It’s very tactile which is especially great for very young kiddies. So easy it’s goof proof guaranteeing a delicious success.
Remember, anytime kids use the oven adult supervision is required.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup sugar + ¼ cup for rolling
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix sugar and egg in mixing bowl, stirring till smooth.
Add peanut butter and blend thoroughly. Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in sugar to coat.
Place the cookies on an ungreased cookie sheets at least 2″ apart. Flatten with the tines of a fork to create cross hatches.
Bake 10 minutes at 375°F. Let cool in pan for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack.
